The IKA (Idrima Kinonikon Asfaliseon) is the largest insurance carriers in Greece. The pension reform of 2008, the following previously incorporated independent insurance carriers in the IKA:

- more than 50%, but incapacitated for less than 67% = pension for partial disability.

The survivor's pension (as at April 2009):
